USA Prime Northeast has demonstrated a rich history over many years by providing development from the early age of 9U all the way through 18U. Our focus lies completely on total player development, knowledge and understanding through concentrated workouts, and highly trained coaches who have demonstrated the capability to not only win but develop each player.

Our coaching staff and team of instructors consists of Current and Ex-Professional/College Players and Coaches who love the game of baseball/softball and instructing and molding youth and high school baseball and softball players.

Our team of highly motivated, dedicated, and experienced coaches execute a Developmental System that is implemented from 9U-18U. Our Code of Conduct focuses on developing and enhancing a player's physical and mental abilities through our 6 Core Beliefs and Values.

2FUNDAMENTALS
The USA Prime Northeast Organization believes in developing a mastery of the fundamentals by creating a solid foundation of the basics. The best players in the world don't practice making web gem plays instead they strive for perfection by executing the basics. The game hasn't changed in over 100+ years, therefore we need to be better at executing than anyone else.
3MENTAL TOUGHNESS
The USA Prime Northeast Organization believes in mental toughness, having the natural or developed psychological edge that enables an athlete to; generally cope better than their opponents with the demands of competition, training, or lifestyle that is placed on them. We believe in being consistent and better than our opponents by remaining determined, focused, confident, and in control under pressure.
4COMPETITION
The USA Prime Northeast Organization believes in competing on the field and in life as well as creating competition internally. Competition breeds results over and over again!
5FAMILY/COMMUNITY
The USA Prime Northeast Organization believes in family. Being a part of the #PRIMEFAMILY means when one of us wins we all win, when one of us loses we all lose. We work as one. We also believe in community, being a positive member in the community further highlights the USA Prime Northeast name and organization.
6EXPOSURE
The USA Prime Northeast Organization believes that there is a place for every athlete to play at the next level. Through our development first approach we look to afford every player the opportunity of college exposure by providing them all the tools necessary to excel which means delivering a knowledge and understanding of the game through concentrated workouts and highly trained coaches who have demonstrated the capability to not only win but develop each player. On top of that, the USA Prime Northeast Organization is equipped to provide endless opportunities for players across the country, whether it be our Regional Teams or our Nationally Ranked Teams.

    The USA Prime Northeast Organization believes that you must be both a student and an athlete. Participation in athletics should aid in the physiological and psychological development of the student-athlete. You must excel in the classroom so you can afford the opportunity to play at the next level and beyond.

    USA Prime Northeast players conduct themselves in the highest manor possible. They win and lose like champions and learn from victory or failure. They possess a positive attitude in the face of defeat and during victory while understanding that small victories or losses will lead to winning the battle.
